Good Faith Estimate

Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) explaining the expected costs of your occupational therapy services. We will provide a written estimate of expected charges before your scheduled services. This estimate helps you understand the potential costs with your care.

  • The Good Faith Estimate includes expected costs for evaluation, therapy sessions, and any additional services.

  • The estimate is not a bill; actual costs may vary based on your needs and treatment plan.

  • If the final bill is $400 or more above the estimate, you have the right to dispute the charges.
