Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) explaining the expected costs of your occupational therapy services. We will provide a written estimate of expected charges before your scheduled services. This estimate helps you understand the potential costs with your care.
The Good Faith Estimate includes expected costs for evaluation, therapy sessions, and any additional services.
The estimate is not a bill; actual costs may vary based on your needs and treatment plan.
If the final bill is $400 or more above the estimate, you have the right to dispute the charges.
